We do have an alternative for those looking for Gluten Free cupcakes that we call "Wheat Alternative". Since we are a regular bakery there is always a risk of cross contamination since we are not a dedicated GF facility, therefore we are not able to label them as such. They are made with our own flour blend of: rice, corn, tapioca, potato flours & xantham gum, so no wheat flours.
